Our parent company, La Doria S.p.A, has for generations produced tomatoes and tomato-based products offering Italian provenance and quality. We always seek to meet our customers’ demands – both in terms of sustainable production and product specification. We continue to invest in production and harvesting techniques which increase productivity whilst protecting the environment.

Alongside La Doria, we work with long term supplier partners, both in Italy and across the world, to complement our range of tomato products. In a world of uncertainty, our mission is to ensure that our customers can have confidence in our ability to supply these key store cupboard items:

Pasta Sauces & Pesto

The La Doria plant in Parma produces pasta sauces – both tomato based and white sauces – together with traditional pesto sauces, all made to customer specifications.

We have also developed vegan sauces to complement our ranges.

Baked Beans & Canned Pasta

The La Doria sites in the south of Italy produce baked beans and canned pasta to meet our customers’ requirements, using high quality ingredients and with the capability of adding inclusions.

We also partner with a leading French producer to enhance our range to include canned ready meals.


Our shareholder, Pastificio Di Martino, has developed over many years as a leading producer of dried pasta centered in the home of pasta production in Italy – Gragnano. Across 4 factories, we produce a huge range of shapes, qualities and types of Durum Wheat and Egg Pasta including:

  • Premium Bronze Die Pasta, including IGP, the prestigious award for authentic Gragnano pasta
  • Wholewheat
  • High fiber
  • Organic
  • Regional shapes
  • High volume Teflon die pastas

…in almost any combination. We are happy to commission new dies for themed pasta products.

IGP Status

In October 2013, the authenticity and provenance of our Bronze Die Pasta was recognised with the prestigious IGP Award.

IGP stands for Indicazione Geografica Protetta, which means ‘protected geographical indication’ and guarantees the quality and provenance of traditionally made regional products.

Our IGP Bronze Die pasta is only made in the traditional pasta town of Gragnano, Italy, by traditional methods with premium Italian durum wheat and local Gragnano water and then slowly dried for up to 2 days at a temperature which never exceeds 50°C.

Our supplier partner in the north of Italy has for many years produced free-from pastas in a purpose-built unit using gluten free grains for both retail and manufacturing customers.

Canned Fish

By creating sustainable partnerships with canneries and managing the supply chain from fishery to finished product, we can be confident of the quality and provenance of our fish range.

Mackerel & Brisling Sardines

Our partner, the only fish canner in Scotland and ideally located at the ports which receive the mackerel and sardines, is able to produce both traditional and innovative recipe products.


We supply responsibly sourced tuna from our partners operating around the world in order to ensure sustainable supply whilst protecting fisheries’ resources and the communities that rely on the industry to survive.

We source wild Alaskan salmon from MSC approved fisheries harvested once a year. Traditional and skinless and boneless pink and red salmon is responsibly sourced and adheres to the highest quality standards.


Our Mediterranean sardines are sourced from our partner based in Morocco close to the port where fresh fish can be delivered daily. Producing traditional recipes alongside skinless and boneless sardines, we also take care to preserve natural resources particularly in terms of energy & water consumption.


Our Glenryck Pilchards remain an iconic brand and we seek to ensure we respect the history and quality of the product.

We supply seasonal vegetables and pulses from our shareholder and long-term partners in Europe.

Focusing on the quality of our products, we also ensure that we take care of the resources and people that produce our food so that we can protect the future.

We produce a range of ready to eat meal kits and sauces, and have a growing range of products that are suitable for a vegan diet such as tofu and fishless tuna. Produced mainly at our dedicated RTE plant in Thailand, our products are available in a range of different and innovative packaging formats.


Our partner in Italy, De Nigris, has been producing balsamic vinegars for over 3 generations and are master vinegar makers alongside their range of balsamic condiments.
